On Wednesday October 26, Breaking Rules #2 took place in pop stage Hedon in Zwolle! Under the inspiring moderation of Manu van Kersbergen and Kim Dankoor, guests from all across the Netherlands spoke about their learning moments in collaborative projects and talent development programs around hip-hop and urban culture. Of course there were also performances by young talents and plenty of room for visitors to make their own contributions.

Breaking Rules #2 was the continuation of the first hip-hop conference in 2020 – in which a lot of attention was paid to research – and the wrap-up of Breaking Rules on Tour in 2021 and 2022. In six cities representatives of institutions (municipalities, funds, cultural organizations) and representatives of the hip-hop scene (organizers, artists, producers) shared their thoughts on a wide variety of topics.
